Place a few slices (here 6 slices for two people) of the mixed wheat bread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Generously spread the sour cream or substitute product on the slices with a spoon. Then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cut approx. 0.5 cm thick slices from the goat cheese roll (1 roll is sufficient for approx. 6 slices of bread). Then cover each slice with three pieces of goat cheese. Cut a small onion, also cover generously. Sprinkle plenty of rosemary and thyme over the bread to taste.
Preheat the oven to 250 ° C top / bottom heat and bake the bread for about 10 - 15 minutes. When they start to brown, take them out and serve.
Also tastes very good as a snack with an evening glass of wine.
