Cut the goat rolls into four equal-sized slices and wrap them with the bacon.
Wash and dry the thyme and pluck the leaves. Then add this to the honey and stir everything well. Now let the honey flow onto the goat cheese slices.
Put the whole thing in the oven on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and leave it in until the cheese melts. It must not dissolve!
Then take the cheese slices out of the oven.
Place the goat cheese slices on a quartered and roasted toasted corner and arrange on a bed of radicchio and frisée with a lemon and olive oil vinaigrette.
