The goat cheese rolls are divided into 5-6 cm long pieces and lightly seasoned with coarse, freshly ground pepper. The rolls are wrapped with slices of Parma ham and secured with a wooden toothpick. In a pan (medium heat) in olive oil, the rolled cheese ham rolls are first browned with the open sides (cheese sides). The roasting surface becomes firm and the cheese cannot run out. Then fry the sides of the ham to the desired color. Serve immediately.
Fresh lamb`s lettuce with croutons and ciabatta tastes good as a starter. The quantities are determined by the type of dish (starter or main course).
