Instructions

  1. Peel the apples, cut out the core and cut the apples into very narrow wedges. Place these on a large plate and cover with cling film. Cook in the microwave for about 5 minutes. Afterwards, they have to be soft enough that you can easily eat them with a spoon.
  2. Mash the goat cream cheese with a fork and melt in the warmed cream. It is essential to work at a low temperature. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Finally add the olive oil and stir everything into a creamy mass.
  3. Put a small spoon of goat cream cheese mixture in small starter glasses and smooth out. Cover with the soft apple wedges. Then goat cheese again and apple again. Layer as often as you want.
  4. The glasses can be decorated with raw ham or smoked duck or goose breast as desired.
