Instructions

  1. For an amuse, cut the washed and dried fig in half or quarter, depending on the size. If the fig is served as a starter, cut the fig at the pointed end twice crosswise up to about halfway. Then take the fig in both hands on the thumb, index finger and middle finger and carefully press from the outer lower part into the fruit so that the four incisions go outwards and a kind of basket is created.
  2. Now add goat cream cheese to each serving (amuse gueule approx. The size of a walnut, a heaped teaspoon for the starter), pour a few drops of honey over it. Roll up the ham slice decoratively and place on top. If necessary, freshly grind black pepper over it.
  3. Arrange the amuse gueule on a spoon, as a starter you can serve some leaf salad with a salad sauce made from fruity vinegar with oil. And then enjoy - a taste explosion in your mouth!
