Instructions

  1. Mix the ingredients for both doughs together. With the silver dough, beat the egg whites into firm egg whites and fold in last. Pour half of the gold dough into a wreath form, then pour the silver dough over it and finally spread the remaining gold dough on it. Bake at about 175 degrees for about 1 hour. Brush with powdered sugar or couverture light or dark.
