Stick the eggs in a bowl with a fork, drain the corn and stir in. Mash the corn flakes a little and stir together with the spices to form a corn-egg mixture.
Heat some olive oil in a pan. Cut off the corn mixture with a tablespoon and fry about 12 - 15 cookies on both sides until golden brown.
Serve hot, lukewarm or cold. A dip, salad or baguette goes well with it.
