Instructions

  1. Peel and core the apple. Put the apple in a measuring cup. Now add the vanilla sugar, honey, lemon juice and oat flakes. Finally, pour milk to 500 ml (you can also use yoghurt or buttermilk instead of milk). Puree everything to a creamy mass.
  2. Transfer to large glasses and serve.
  3. This drink is a wonderful substitute for breakfast. For everyone who loves it quick and uncomplicated.
