Instructions

  1. You cut the dried fruit into small pieces, put it in a bowl, pour the orange juice over it and let it soak for 1/2 hour.
  2. The pears and apples are halved, pitted, cut into slices and drizzled with the lemon juice. Then you add them to the dried fruit along with the washed grapes and nuts. Everything is mixed together well.
  3. Mix the sour milk with the vanilla sugar, honey and sea buckthorn. You can taste the whole thing with a little sugar.
  4. You pour the sour milk over the fruit muesli and distribute everything in the breakfast bowls. Finally, sprinkle each portion with the crushed wheat seedlings.
