Instructions

  1. Halve the avocado lengthways, stone, peel and cut across into slices. Peel and slice the banana. Drizzle both ingredients with lemon juice.
  2. Peel the oranges, remove the white skin and fillet them. Halve the dates, stone them, peel off the hard skin and cut the dates into strips.
  3. Wash the strawberries, drain them well, remove the stems and cut in half or quarters. Peel the kiwi, cut in half lengthways and cut into slices. Read out the raisins. Arrange all salad ingredients in dessert bowls.
  4. For the salad dressing, mix the yogurt with the soured milk, lemon juice, vanilla sugar and sugar and then pour over the salad ingredients. Serve the salad immediately.
