Instructions

  1. Put everything together and let simmer for a good 2 hours (while the Christmas goose sizzles in the oven).
  2. Turn off the stove and eat Christmas goose.
  3. When the soup is still lukewarm, cut up the innards (stomach and heart) and remove the meat from the neck and wings.
  4. Put everything back into the soup and, if possible, warm the soup with Thai noodles or cooked rice (leftover).
