Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the gooseberries. Stone the peaches and apricots and cut them into large pieces. Put the sugar, vanilla sugar and water in a saucepan and simmer until everything is nice and soft. Then puree the mass. If you don`t like the gooseberry kernels, you can strain the mixture through a sieve.
  2. Let the fruit puree cool a little before adding the vodka. Depending on the taste, a little more or less vodka can be used.
  3. Fill the finished limes into sterile bottles and close tightly.
  4. Makes about 1.5 - 2 liters.
