Instructions

  1. Process the Gorgonzola and sour cream together in a mixing vessel with the hand blender to a creamy consistency.
  2. Dice the avocado very finely and add to it. Add the grainy cream cheese and season well with salt, pepper and lime juice.
  3. It was super delicious in combination with the omelette. The rest was also great on toast or dark bread or as a dip with vegetables.
