Instructions

  1. Clean and wash the beans and cook covered in boiling salted water for about 15 minutes.
  2. Finely dice the onions and garlic. Wash and chop the tomatoes.
  3. Fry the minced meat in a pan with oil, add the garlic and onions and fry with them. Stir in the tomato paste and roast briefly, then add the tomatoes. Let the sauce simmer for about 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika.
  4. Melt the butter in a saucepan and sweat the flour in it. Stir in the wine, water and cream. Add the stock cube and bring to the boil while stirring. Chop the gorgonzola and let it melt in the sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  5. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Grease a baking dish. Layer the minced meat sauce and green beans and pour the cheese sauce over them. Sprinkle with the grated Gouda cheese and bake the casserole for about 40 minutes.
