Drain the mandarins and pineapple slices. Cut the pineapple slices into small pieces. Dice the Gouda (preferably a soft middle piece, in any case without a hard edge). Halve the grapes and dice the peeled apples. Mix the cream, Miracel Whip, cayenne pepper and desiccated coconut. Fold in the Gouda and the fruit. It is best to let the covered salad sit for a day. The cayenne pepper is hot, so only use a level teaspoon. I don`t love it spicy, but since only the pepper and no other spices are used here, the salad gets a great note and is by no means too spicy.
