For the dressing:

- Clean, wash and chop the lettuce, bell pepper and mushrooms.
- Mix the vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper, fold in the oil.
- Cut the Gouda into sticks (approx. 5-6 cm long, 2 cm wide). Whisk the egg.
- Turn the cheese sticks first in the flour, then in the egg and finally in the breadcrumbs. Bake in hot frying fat for 1-2 minutes.
- Mix the salad with the marinade and cover with the baked Gouda strips.
- This goes well with baguette.
