Instructions

  1. Clean, wash and chop the lettuce, bell pepper and mushrooms.
  2. Mix the vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper, fold in the oil.
  3. Cut the Gouda into sticks (approx. 5-6 cm long, 2 cm wide). Whisk the egg.
  4. Turn the cheese sticks first in the flour, then in the egg and finally in the breadcrumbs. Bake in hot frying fat for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Mix the salad with the marinade and cover with the baked Gouda strips.
  6. This goes well with baguette.
