Instructions

  1. Sear the meat. After 2 - 3 minutes add the roughly diced onions and the finely diced garlic and let simmer for 5 - 10 minutes. Stir in the tomato paste and add the red wine.
  2. Stew with the lid closed and over medium heat for 1.5 hours. Stir in the broth and thicken with a sauce thickener or cornstarch, depending on your taste. Then add the drained mushrooms and the roughly diced peppers and simmer for 10 minutes. Noodles, rice or potatoes go well with this.
