Cut the meat into small cubes, dice the onion, and cut the paprika into small cubes. Season the meat with salt and pepper and sear it in a little oil. Add onions and peppers and sauté briefly.
Add the water and the granulated stock, simmer gently for about 1 hour. Then add the tomato paste and the sambal oelek. Mix well and thicken slightly with a sauce thickener.
If desired, mushrooms can also be added. Then fry about 250 g with the onions. I serve with a dark brown bread, cut into slices.
