Instructions

  1. Dice the onions and garlic and cut the peppers and carrots into small cubes.
  2. Heat the oil and fry the seitan vigorously. Add onions. When the onions are translucent, add the diced paprika and garlic. Season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Then add the can of tomatoes.
  3. Dissolve the vegetable stock in half a liter of water and add it as well. Bring everything to the boil and stir well. Simmer until the vegetables are firm to the bite.
