Sear the minced meat. When it gets color, add the onion, diced. When the onion is translucent, add the peppers (and possibly garlic) diced and fry. Then add the tomato paste and braise with it. Then deglaze with broth and simmer for about 15 minutes. At the end, season with processed cheese and the spices. In the meantime, cook the rice in salted water until it is cooked. When both are done, put them together.
