Instructions

  1. Chop the onion and garlic. Cut the peppers, carrots and potatoes into small cubes of the same size.
  2. Heat the oil in a stock pot, fry the minced meat in it. Add onion and garlic, season, mix with tomato paste and pour in the broth. Then add the diced vegetables, beans and corn. Stir once, cover and simmer on a low level for approx. 40 minutes.
  3. Finally, stir in the processed cheese and cream and season to taste again. Serve with a creme fraiche topping and sprinkled with parsley.
