Instructions

  1. Clean the pepper and cut into strips. Peel and chop the onions.
  2. Place the ham on a board. Then simply put the cheese, salami, bacon and paprika strips close to one side of the large slice of ham on top of each other (this makes it easier to roll up). Add the herbs and roll up the ham. Stick the rolls with roulade skewers or toothpicks.
  3. Fry the rest of the paprika strips with the cherry tomatoes in a pan over a low heat with a little heated oil. Then put the rolls in the pan and fry them on all sides over a low heat until they are nice and brown.
  4. Shortly before the end of the toast, toast the bread in the toaster and smear it with butter. As soon as the butter has melted, sprinkle with a little of the herbs.
  5. Then place the finished ham rolls on each of the toast slices. Cover with the rest of the pepper strips and the cherry tomatoes and serve immediately.
