Instructions

  1. Crumble the yeast in the water, let stand for 2-3 minutes, then add the flour and the remaining ingredients and knead everything with the dough hook. Pour into a loaf pan and bake at 180 degrees for about 60 minutes. No rising and waiting time. It has to be spelled flour. The bread becomes darker with dark balsamic vinegar. Light vinegar will make it lighter.
