- Roast the kernels in a pan without fat, chop finely if necessary.
- Mix the grainy cream cheese with lemon juice, mustard and honey, season with salt, pepper and soy sauce. Add the seeds and stir in.
- If you like, you can also fold in cress to make the spread a little fresher. But then only use normal mustard so that it doesn`t get too hot.
- Goes well with whole grain bread.
