Instructions

1. Mix butter with sugar until foamy, fold in egg yolks for 2 minutes, stir in chocolate and spices. Mix flour with baking powder, sieve over the mixture and stir in with the milk. Beat egg whites into snow and fold in.
2. Pour the batter into a gugelhupf tin that has been greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs. Bake in the oven at 170 degrees for about 60 minutes. Let the cake rest for 10 minutes, then turn it out and dust with powdered sugar.
