Instructions

  1. Crumble the yeast in a measuring cup. Sprinkle some of the sugar on top. Pour part of the warmed milk, it must be warm enough that you can still put your finger into it, so that the yeast-sugar mixture is covered. Set aside the rest of the milk. Then place the beaker in a warm place (heating) and let the yeast rise for about 15 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, add the flour, remaining sugar, salt, 3 eggs and the melted butter to the food processor and knead gently. When the yeast has risen, add it and knead again. If there is still milk missing, add it gradually. It must be possible to shape the dough into a smooth ball and no longer stick; then he is correct. Let rise again in a warm place for about 30 minutes until it has significantly increased in volume. Then shape into a box mare, place in a box form lined with baking paper and let rise well in a preheated oven at 50 ° C for approx. 20 - 30 minutes.
  3. Turn the stove up to 180 ° C top / bottom heat and bake the mares for about 35 - 40 minutes on the middle rack.
  4. Take out and let cool on a wire rack.
