Preheat the oven to approx. 180 ° C top / bottom heat.
Knead all ingredients except the raisins (see below). Shape 15 small rolls, place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and brush with coffee cream.
Bake in the oven on the middle shelf for about 20 minutes.
If you want raisin rolls, soak a handful of raisins in warm water first. Then knead all the ingredients for the dough. Squeeze out the raisins and place under half of the batter. Proceed as above.
