Wash the potatoes and cook in salted water for about 15 minutes. Peel the potatoes and then cut them into slices. Put the potato slices in a bowl. Peel and dice the onion and add to the potatoes. Then add salt, pepper, vinegar and oil as well as the still lukewarm broth. Then mix the whole thing well and let it sit for at least an hour. Then season again if necessary.
