Instructions

  1. Peel and roughly dice the onion. Clean the cabbage and cut into 3 cm pieces. Peel and wash the carrots and potatoes and cut into pieces approx. 1 cm.
  2. Heat the oil in the pressure cooker on the highest setting and sweat first the onion, then the rest of the vegetables. This takes about 4-5 minutes. Stir occasionally so that nothing burns. Add the water and close the lid as directed.
  3. When the pressure has built up, the hotplate can be switched off. Let the pressure cooker stand on the plate for 15 minutes. Please note the manufacturer`s information. Each pot works a little differently.
  4. When the pot is no longer under pressure, the lid can be removed. Only then season everything well with salt, vegetable stock powder, pepper, paprika and, if necessary, Maggi.
