Instructions

  1. Sauté pork neck and diced onions in clarified butter. Add the diced carrots and continue steaming, after approx. 10 minutes pour in the stock and slowly cook. Diced potatoes (boil separately) and add to the stew after 45 minutes. Season everything with salt, pepper, a little sugar and garlic. Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley on top when serving.
