Cut the ribs of bacon into cubes. Cut the onions into small pieces.
Fry the ribs of bacon together with the onions and the mince well. Chop the leek and add it with the peeled tomatoes. Let everything cook for 20 minutes.
In the meantime, mix the cream with the herbal processed cheese and the mushrooms with the mushroom water. Add the mixture to the pot and cook everything together for another 10 minutes. Fresh white bread tastes good with it.
