Instructions

  1. Beat the egg white and powdered sugar to a stiff egg white icing. Put 1/3 of it aside and process the rest with the other ingredients (but only 100g nuts), not with the whisk, but with a spoon. Finally knead. Roll out the dough on the remaining nuts about 8-10 mm thick and cut out stars.
