Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients, make sure the butter is cold. Knead everything with your hands. At the beginning it is very crumbly, so you think you have to add more butter. Just keep kneading patiently. Then wrap the ball in aluminum foil and put it in the refrigerator for an hour.
  2. Then roll out as usual, with a little flour as a base so that the dough does not stick to the table, and cut out with cookie molds as usual.
  3. I always roll the cookies in sugar and place them on the baking sheet. Of course, you can also decorate the cookies differently, e.g., with sprinkles.
  4. Bake for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees top / bottom heat. When the cookies are slightly brown in color, remove them and place them carefully in a bowl.
  5. The ingredients are sufficient for 2 1/2 trays.
