Mix the quark, sugar and lemon juice together. Whip the cream with vanilla sugar until stiff, then fold carefully into the quark.
Fill 5 dessert glasses: Pour 5 crumbled amarettini, a few blueberries and cream quark one after the other, tap the glasses lightly on the work surface, so everything will settle a little, 5 crumbled amarettini, add a few blueberries and cream curd again, knock the glasses a little on the work surface again. Decorate with amarettini and blueberries. Place in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
If the cream quark is too firm for you, you can stir in a little milk or amaretto.
