Instructions

  1. Cut the hard-boiled eggs into slices with the egg cutter and place in a bowl.
  2. Mix the two types of mustard, vinegar and oil into a thick marinade, season with salt, pepper, sugar and Worcestershire sauce. Pour the dressing over the eggs.
  3. Let it sit for a few hours. Before serving, cut the chives into fine rolls and sprinkle over the salad. Serve with roasted farmer`s bread.
  4. Tastes best at room temperature.
