Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into bite-sized cubes. Peel the onion and lard it with the bay leaf and clove. Wash and clean the soup greens, cut into large pieces and place in a saucepan with the onion and meat. Season with salt and pepper. Pour in 1500 ml of water and simmer covered for approx. 75 minutes.
  2. Wash and clean the cauliflower and broccoli and cut into florets.
  3. Remove the meat from the broth and place in a saucepan with the cabbage. Pour the broth through a sieve. Bring to the boil and simmer covered for another 15-25 minutes until the vegetables are cooked through.
  4. Wash the chives and cut into rolls. Season the stew to taste and mix in the chives.
