Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into pieces.
  2. Heat the fat in a medium saucepan. Add the meat and fry until light brown. When the onions are lightly brown, add the onion in cubes, remove the pan from the heat, add the paprika and fill up with water until the meat is lightly covered. Season with salt and pepper and put the pot back on the stove. Let the goulash simmer for about 1 hour, then thicken with cornstarch and season to taste again.
  3. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Serve the goulash with noodles.
