Place the meat in plenty of cold water and let it cook slowly. Depending on the type of meat, approx. 1.5 hours. Dice bacon and onions, peel and dice tomatoes. Slowly drain the bacon in a pan, then add the onions and tomatoes and cook for about 15 minutes. Peel and dice the potatoes. Remove the meat from the broth, then let the potatoes, beans, tomatoes and sausages cook for about 20 minutes. Cut the meat into small pieces and add again. Season to taste with the spices, add chopped parsley and serve.
