Instructions

  1. Season the schnitzel with salt and pepper, fry and remove. Let the onion cubes turn yellowish in the roasting fat, briefly fry the mushrooms, add the sour cream mixed with starch, the gravy, spices and water and cook for approx. 3 minutes. Briefly place the schnitzel in this sauce again and sprinkle with chopped cucumber, paprika and parsley.
