Beat the egg whites until stiff. Make a normal batter from all the ingredients. Bake the dough in the waffle iron at baking temperature 1 - 2 until the control lamp goes out a second time.
After cooling, break the waffles into hearts and store them in a tin. The waffles are very crispy and keep for a long time.
The potato flour is important, otherwise they won`t get so crispy.
