Boil the potatoes, peel them lukewarm and press them through the potato press. Knead the remaining ingredients with the potatoes to form a firm dough. Form noodles about 6 cm long and 1 cm thick and fry them in the pan until they are golden brown. As a variant, you can also knead various herbs (e.g. parsley, chives, paprika, etc.) into the dough. Also tastes great as an accompaniment to applesauce.
Was already my favorite meal at my grandma`s and is an absolute favorite of my son. The dough holds best with old potatoes.
