Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes in their skins in salted water with caraway seeds. Quench briefly, peel and cut into slices. Finely dice the onion, peeled apple and pickles. Chop the chives and dill. Mix the meat stock, mustard, sugar, vinegar and oil. Add to the potatoes with the herbs, apple, onion and pickles. Put in mayonnaise. Garnish the salad with parsley, cucumber slices and bacon rolls.
