Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the rhubarb and cut into 2 cm thick pieces. Then cook the rhubarb in the water with the sugar, lemon peel and cinnamon for about 5 - 7 minutes until it is soft so that it has not yet completely disintegrated.
  2. Briefly remove the pot from the plate. Mix the custard powder with the milk and add to the rhubarb. Bring to the boil again briefly while stirring.
