  1. Mix the margarine, sugar and vanilla sugar together, add the egg yolks, milk, salt, flour and baking powder and mix everything together. Beat the egg white until stiff and then fold in. Bake in the preheated oven with hot air 160 degrees for about 60 minutes (top / bottom heat 180 degrees).
  2. You can bake marble cakes from this recipe, then simply mix half of the dough with a little cocoa or add a packet of chocolate pudding powder.
  3. Stir in 200 g of ground nuts into the nut cake and also add a little milk so that the dough has a nice consistency again.
  4. If you want it to go really quickly, just stir in the eggs completely and don`t make any egg whites, I`ve already done that and it went well.
