Instructions

  1. Sift the flour into a bowl and mix with the salt.
  2. Add the water and the egg and beat with a wooden spoon until the batter starts to bubble. Then let it soak for a few minutes.
  3. Cut off the sparrows with a teaspoon and slide them directly into boiling salted water.
  4. When the sparrows swim to the surface, they`re done.
  5. Go very well with goulash, roulades and anything with a lot of sauce.
