- Sift the flour into a bowl and mix with the salt.
- Add the water and the egg and beat with a wooden spoon until the batter starts to bubble. Then let it soak for a few minutes.
- Cut off the sparrows with a teaspoon and slide them directly into boiling salted water.

- Go very well with goulash, roulades and anything with a lot of sauce.
