Instructions

  1. Using the instructions on the packet, cook a very thick pudding from the milk, sugar and vanilla pudding. Stir the frozen strawberries into the hot pudding mixture.
  2. Beat the cream with a hand mixer until stiff.
  3. By now the strawberries should have thawed in the pudding mixture. Now work these also with the hand mixer so that the strawberries are pureed. Then fold the cream into the mixture. Chill in the refrigerator until consumption, ideally for at least 1 hour.
