Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy. Mix the flour and baking powder and stir in. Spread the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  2. For the crumble, knead all the ingredients together until they are crumbly and spread them onto the dough by hand. Bake the cake at 160 degrees hot air for about 30 minutes.
  3. After baking, pour the liquid cream on the cake and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
