Ingredients

• 1 liter ice cream, bourbon vanilla (alternatively stracciatella ice cream)
• 4 cups cream
• 4 cl brandy
• 1 bottle eggnog

Instructions

1. Let the ice cream soften and transfer it to a large bowl. Add the cream, brandy and eggnog and stir until the cream is frothy. Then pour into carafes and refrigerate.
2. Makes about 3 liters of liqueur. You can also pour the liqueur into a punch bowl, as there is usually someone who scrapes up the rest at the end.
