Instructions

  1. Roast the onions in oil, add the flour, stir-fry until the roux is yellow. Pour approx. 1 liter of cold water on top. Beat with the whisk so that there are no lumps.
  2. Add the stock cubes, salt and pepper and season well to taste. Add the vegetables and potatoes cut into small pieces and cook until everything is done.
