First cut the zucchini into small pieces, how big is up to you. Sweat the zucchini pieces in a saucepan with a little melted butter until they get a little color. Then sprinkle the flour over it and stir well, deglaze with the cream and stir well a few more times so that there are really no lumps. Salt to taste. Only stir in the dill at the end, otherwise it will boil over and it won`t taste so good.
Is a super tasty side dish and tastes just as good with fish as it does with meat, we always had potatoes with it!
